Our Text Book The forward of our text book states, “God’s Plan for Man, said to be ‘The Key to the World’s Storehouse of Wisdom,’ and one of the most complete and comprehensive studies of the scriptures in print, was first published in loose-leaf form. There were 26 books with 52 lessons in all – one for each week of the year – and these, being designed like a Correspondence Course for home study, were mailed out to the enrollment on a bi-monthly basis… Questions at the end of each lesson were designed for the student’s self-examination, for written examinations were not given.” PeaceMakers School of Theology has “kicked it up a notch” by building a comprehensive e-testing system, which directly corresponds to the built-in questions found at the conclusion of each lesson. Because our modern culture does not possess the reading comprehension skills of the average student in the late 1940s, in conjunction with the fact that the wording of the text remains “in a style as originally written” (see forward), we have elected to spread, what was formerly a one-year study, over a two-year period. Moreover, this expansion of time allotted for completion of each lesson, adds flexibility to the study for those juggling our present-day fast-paced society. Expect to be challenged! Without a challenge, you will not grow! Dake’s writings are rich and
thought-provoking, demanding the most brilliant Bible student to occasionally re-read a section. That’s
what makes God’s Plan for Man so wonderful! Take your time. This is not a race. Allow the richness of
these Bible truths to sink down deep on the inside of you…
